Your Private Health offers lateral flow antigen testing via our easy to use Pegasus Web Portal. Our lateral flow test kits have a unique single-use barcode and are CE marked and approved for use. No appointment is required, simply buy the kit and follow the instructions in the pack.
Alternatively, come into our Wilmslow Clinic, perform the test and leave with your fitness to fly certificate.
What is the Pegasus Web Portal?
The Pegasus Web Portal allows Lateral Flow tests to be certified quickly, simply, and accurately for international travel. The portal is designed to be used with Your Private Health Certifly lateral flow tests, it can be accessed through your mobile phone or laptop.
The lateral flow tests, which are ordered from Your Private Health are then used in combination with the Pegasus portal to capture and securely upload the test result. Test results are then validated by our UKAS accredited laboratory. Your fit to fly certificate will then be emailed directly to you.
Each lateral flow test kit supplied by Your Private Health has a unique single-use barcode, are CE Marked and approved for use.
More than 1 client can be added to each account created on the Pegasus portal making it easier for families.

Customers need to make sure the picture which is being submitted is clear to allow results interpretation. Customers can retake the photo as many times as required until the quality of the photo is adequate.
Can I reuse a test?
No. Each test is single use only.
When will I receive my test kit?
Orders received by 12.30pm will be processed the same day and sent out DPD next day delivery. Orders received over weekend will be posted on Monday.

Can I use this antigen test for leaving the UK?
Yes. However please check government guidelines of the destination country to ensure that an Antigen Test and not PCR is accepted.
How long until I get my result?
Certificates are issued within 6 hours
Certificates issued between 9am and 6pm 7 days per week. If your lateral flow test result is uploaded outside these hours, please allow 24 hours for your certificate to be issued.

Cancellation and Refund policy
No refund will be provided for online kit orders.
In clinic appointments will be refunded if a minimum of 48 hours notice is provided, there will be a £25 administration fee deducted from the refund amount per appointment
What if I enter incorrect details?
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all data entered on the portal is present, correctly formatted, and truthful. Any errors or fraudulent entries may delay or void your test, of which Your Private Health will not be held responsible.
